Vietnamese Pho with Rice Sticks

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups beef broth
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 package Four Elephants Rice Sticks
  • 2 tbsp Four Elephants Fish Sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Fresh herbs (cilantro, basil)
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • Hoisin sauce and sriracha (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Four Elephants Rice Sticks according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, bring the beef broth to a boil. Add the onion and Four Elephants Fish Sauce.
  3. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the beef sirloin slices and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  5. Divide the cooked Four Elephants Rice Sticks into bowls. Pour the hot broth and beef over the noodles.
  6. Top with green onions, bean sprouts, fresh herbs, jalapeño slices, and lime wedges.
  7. Serve with hoisin sauce and sriracha on the side.
