Vietnamese Pho with Rice Sticks
Ingredients:
- 8 cups beef broth
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 package Four Elephants Rice Sticks
- 2 tbsp Four Elephants Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Fresh herbs (cilantro, basil)
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- Hoisin sauce and sriracha (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the Four Elephants Rice Sticks according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, bring the beef broth to a boil. Add the onion and Four Elephants Fish Sauce.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the beef sirloin slices and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Divide the cooked Four Elephants Rice Sticks into bowls. Pour the hot broth and beef over the noodles.
- Top with green onions, bean sprouts, fresh herbs, jalapeño slices, and lime wedges.
- Serve with hoisin sauce and sriracha on the side.
