Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Four Elephants. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt, packing slip or other proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, use the contact us page and include your order number. We will provide a return shipping label. Once the return tracking number shows it is in transit we will issue a refund for the purchase price – return shipping costs.
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if your shipment is damaged or lost in transit. To initiate a refund or replacement, use the contact us page and include your order number. For damages, you will then be asked to provide photos of the product as proof of damage. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after investigating the issue with the carrier.
Shipments who’s tracking numbers show they were delivered to the correct address are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Please contact the carrier of your shipment (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) and file a claim with them for reimbursement.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
