Where can I buy Four Elephants rice and other products?

How fresh are your products?

We only ship new crop no older than one-year-old. We also choose packaging that will ensure product remains fresh for as long as possible.

What are your customer service hours?

What does it mean to be certified non-GMO?

It is important to us to protect the non-GMO food supply. All of Four Elephants products are certified non-GMO by the Non-GMO Project.

Are Four Elephants products organic?

We intentionally source as many organic ingredients as possible. However, our Coconut Milk and 20lb bag of Jasmine Rice are the only Four Elephants products that are certified organic by the USDA.

Which of your products are gluten-free?

All the products we sell are naturally gluten-free.

Are Four Elephants products nut-free?

Yes, all of our products are naturally nut-free and processed in a nut-free facility.

Do you have any kind of guarantee?

Four Elephants stands by its products. If you are ever unhappy with the quality of the food or if the packaging fails, please let us know at info@4elephantsfood.com.

How long does it take for an order to arrive at my door?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours upon receipt of full payment. Most orders are delivered 3-5 business days after they are shipped. If an item is backordered, the estimated time of arrival will be noted on the product page and on your order confirmation. You may receive periodic emails updating you on the status of your backordered product. Your credit card will never be charged until your order is shipped.

Do you ship outside the US?

Currently we ship only to physical addresses within the 50 states in the United States and in Puerto Rico. If you are a business and interested in reselling our products, please contact us.

Do you offer express/expedited shipping?

At this time, only standard shipping is available. We may expand to include more shipping methods in future so please check back in a future time.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Currently we offer free standard shipping to physical addresses within the 50 states in the United States and Puerto Rico.

Can I track my package?

Yes, we will send you a tracking number once your order ships.
