- COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FRESH RICE VERMICELLI: Add rice vermicelli to boiling water and cook for 8 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove and rinse with cold water until the vermicelli is cool. Drain and serve as fresh vermicelli. Best when fresh, though rice vermicelli can be kept for 6-8 hours after boiling. You can use fresh vermicelli with roasted meat, deep-fried spring rolls or with the broth of your choice.
- COOKING INSTRUCTIONS PAN-FRIED VERMICELLI: Add rice vermicelli to boiling water for 7 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove and rinse with cold water, drain and set aside. Heat saucepan with cooking oil and add a combination of your favorite meat, vegetables, seafood, seasoning and stir-fry evenly until cooked. Add rice vermicelli and stir about 30 seconds until warmed through.
- PLEASE NOTE FOR BEST RESULTS: Do not soak rice vermicelli in water before cooking in boiling water.
